Every coach in our directory is appropriately qualified by a reputable international certifying body and we provide New Zealand based support for both the client and the coach.

What We Do:

Divorce coaching is an intentional and focused form of support designed to guide individuals through the challenges of separation and divorce. Certified coaches provide practical assistance in navigating the emotional, legal, financial and social aspects of this difficult process. We help clients clarify their goals, make informed decisions, and develop sustainable and positive coping strategies.

• At ADSI, our certified coaches assist clients in reducing the emotional and financial cost of divorce and separation, saving time, money and improving relationships. We can be engaged at any stage of the process, even the initial stage when clients are considering ending a significant relationship.
  

• For clients who have already made the decision to separate, our coaching focuses on helping clients identify needs and interests to envision what a separation might look like in their unique circumstances. Clients are equipped with skills to facilitate constructive conversations about the future, aiming for the best possible outcome for everyone involved.
  

• With permission, our coaches often refer to and collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach and to provide our clients with the right professionals for your situation. We empower clients to manage the practical aspects of separation, making the most of their time spent with other professionals by providing relevant information in an organised manner.
  

• When children are involved, our coaches are trained to support clients in developing a co-parenting plan that suits their unique family situation. We also assist in preparation for mediation and provide guidance on how to communicate decisions to the children, ensuring two loving homes and stability for their peace of mind. Our child-centric approach enables clients to focus on what matters most during this challenging time.

What our ADSI coaches will NOT do:

• Provide services as a lawyer, mediator, or mental health practitioner to the same client

• Provide therapy or counselling

• Offer legal or financial advice

Our coaches have a list of approved professionals who can provide these additional services when needed.

• All our registered affiliates have been carefully vetted and are bound by the ADSI code of ethics.
  

• All our coaches provide a biography to assist you in finding a professional to suit you.
  

• Our aim is to save you time and money by helping you avoid costly legal bills or lengthy court cases whenever possible.
